"My path to becoming a coffee roaster started with curiosity. I wanted to see if I could brew great coffee at home; coffee that was as good as my favorite coffee spots.

With some research and experimentation, I was soon brewing some good cups of coffee at home but there was still room for improvement. This lead me to wonder if I could not just brew, but roast my own coffee.

Soon, I was roasting my own coffee and the results were better than the coffee I could buy off the shelf. I started sharing my coffee with friends, and they loved it!

On top of enjoying the coffee and the process of roasting it, I also discovered that I was saving a lot of money by making my own coffee at home instead of buying it by the cup at coffee shops. I love visiting a good coffee shop - they are great gathering places that play an important part in local communities. These local communities also thrive on hard working, creative and entrepreneurial people!
